Membership cost 165 Euro for 1 month, it will renew in every month automatically for your convience until you cancel it. There is no refunds on early termination. When your membership is activated you can decide to cancel before the month period ends, than there is no refund.

Royalty Free End User License Agreement
This is a legal agreement between you and Elite World.

Grant of License
You receive contents by online or by cd disc as you wish.

Elite World grants you a personal nontransferable, non exclusive right to copy the images (including all

copyright and other proprietary notices or legends contained on the disc) on the disc onto your computer

hard drive and to use the images and any derivatives of copies of them (collectively, the "images")

on one computer and with one user at a time. The images may be copied, modified and incorporated in

materials for personal or internal company use and in advertising and promotional materials for your clients.

Any such advertising or promotional materials may not be used to promote a product that contains the images. The images may not be sold, and may not be incorporated in products for sale. For example, you may use

the images in an advertising campaign for one of your clients, but you may not sell copies of the images themselves. You may not copy this disc in its entirety.

Additional Rights Available
If you are unsure of your rights under this agreement or wish to use the images in a manner not permitted by this agreement, such as products for sale, please contact Elite World for information and additional licensing options.

Warranties and Limitations of Liability
Elite World warrants the received disc to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from delivery. Your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty is the replacement of the disc or refund of the purchase price at Elite World's option. Elite World makes no other warranty, express or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state. Neither Elite World nor its licensors shall be liable to you for any general, special, direct, indirect consequential, incidental or other damages arising out of the license of the images.

General
All rights in and titled to the received or downloaded material and the images are owned and retained by

Elite World and protected by United States Copyright laws, international treaty provision and other applicable laws. No title to or intellectual property rights in the disc or the images are transferred to you. The disc may

not be transferred without prior written consent of Elite Wordl. You agree to comply with all export and re-export restrictions and regulations of the U.S. government. This license automatically without notice from

Elite World if you breach any of its provisions.
